Shane Anderson is a Canberra-based property developer and the Development Manager of Cannes Property, the group behind The Lawson, a landmark residential precinct of around 400 apartments on Ginninderra Drive in Canberra's north.
As a director of SAP Canberra Pty Ltd, Shane leads the acquisition, planning and delivery of large-scale residential projects across Canberra and the wider ACT and New South Wales region. His focus is on well-designed, amenity-rich communities that add long-term value to the cities they sit in, working across the full development lifecycle from site acquisition and design through planning approvals to sales and delivery.
